Set the output result of not exceeding test for input value Y to X values.
In other words, the output is:
- «1» if and only if "Value X» is numerically greater or equal to "Value Y",
- «1» if and only if "Value X» is numerically less than "Value Y».
Thus, truth operation table is as follows:
