Synchronous flip-flop that, with a non-zero value on the input «T», changes the value of the output at the rising edge on the input «C».
The changes are performed at each rising edge (values change from zero to non-zero) at the input «C»:
- if the output value is "0", input "T" value copied to the output.
- if the output value is non-zero, the output state becomes zero
