Set the output result of exceeding test for input value X to Y values
In other words, the output is:
- «1» if and only if "Value X» is numerically greater than "Values Y»,
- «1» if and only if "Value X» is numerically less or equal to "Value Y"
Thus, Truth table operation is as follows:
